The Rutland Health Foundation exists to improve the health status of the Rutland-area community by building financial support for Rutland Regional Medical Center and the Rutland Area Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice. The Rutland Health Foundation will also fund crucial health initiatives through collaborative projects that will benefit all citizens in our region.
