gifts $25.00 and above will receive a written acknowledgement
of their contribution that serves as an official tax receipt.

or family member. Please let us know who should be notified of
your generosity. The amount of your contribution will remain confidential.
If you’ll be mailing in your donation and using our downloadable
form, simply fill in this information.
